Healthy Chocolate Latte

If you’re looking for a great way to spice up your morning java, and support your hormone health at the same time, this macaccino was made for you! The average Starbucks specialty drink contains up to 30g of sugar, causing health threatening long-term effects and also is a huge contributing factor to weight gain. This healthy latte is filled with powerful superfoods that increase energy, boost metabolism, stabilize adrenals, and it tastes so much better than Starbucks’ non-fat, low-this, extra-hidden-sugar latte.

Here’s what you’ll need:


  • 1 scoop of organic coffee
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tiny piece of cacao butter
  • 1 tbs maca powder


  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients, including the coffee into a blender and mix until properly blended. If needed to warmed up again, boil it over the stove.
  3. Enjoy!
